| 摘要： | Accidents involving Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMV) draw attention due to the avoidable circumstances in which they occur. There are various emerging technologies for screening CMV brakes; among them is Infra Red Technology. Unlike other emerging technologies, Infra Red Technology allows users to easily incorporate Infra Red Screening into current screening methodologies. This paper evaluates incorporating Infra Red Screening into the current screening methodologies of the Arkansas Highway Police. |
