| 摘要： | Public-Public and Public-Private Partnerships are key to successful ITS deployment in Metropolitan areas. Of the potential partnerships that can be formed in order to most successfully deploy ITS, three public-public partnerships are likely to be formed initially in the deployment process. They are those created to establish Advanced Traffic Management Systems, Traffic Signal Coordination agreements and Incident Management Programs. This paper focuses on the primary public-private partnership (PPP) that often is formed after public- public partnerships have been created: those that occur as a result of the deployment of Advanced Traveler Information Systems (ATIS). |
