| 摘要： | Implementing a CVO Traveler Information System In the Gary-Chicago-Milwaukee CorridorThis paper presents various issues for deploying a Commercial Vehicle Operations (CVO) traveler information system in the Gary-Chicago-Milwaukee (GCM) Corridor. The system architecture of a CVO traveler information system is first presented. Subsequently, the functional requirements for an internet-based CVO traveler information system are presented, including CVO traveler information needs and information provision format and methods. Furthermore, various design issues of an internet-based CVO traveler information system are discussed. The CVO traveler information data collecting and processing are analyzed and the major functions and features of the internet-based system are presented. Finally, various deployment issues of such a CVO traveler information system in the GCM Corridor are also discussed. |
