| 摘要： | NTIA is responsible for managing the Federal Government's use of the radio spectrum. In discharging this responsibility, NTIA uses a variety of radio spectrum measurement systems to collect data for spectrum utilization assessments. Measurements are also performed by NTIA for other Federal agencies on a cost-reimbursable basis. This report details such a data collection effort for the Federal Highway Administration; incident field strengths from high-power transmitters in roadway environments were measured, in an effort to quantify the highest field levels likely to be encountered in roadway areas parking lots, and other locations commonly used by automotive traffic and where IVHS systems may be expected to be deployed. |
