| 摘要： | This paper deals with a different approach to develop road infrastructure through PPP policy with special reference to user fee rate based on saving in Vehicle Operation Cost (VOC). Having realised that the road network is required for overall economical development of state/country and without proper policy which is acceptable to general public at large development is not possible. The author has suggested that the road infrastructure can be developed with proper Public Private Participation policy based on saving in vehicular operation cost and saving in travelling time. Rate of toll fee charges for different type vehicles should be from the saving in VOC and time for the facilities used by the commuters. |
