摘要: | This course is the first in a series of three training programs that, collectively, prepare police officers and other qualified persons to serve as Drug Recognition Experts (DREs). The Drug Evaluation and Classification (DEC) Program is a nationwide effort to deter impaired driving by increasing the likelihood that people who drive under the influence of drugs will be detected, caught, convicted and punished. The report contains the preliminary phase of the training. |
