| 摘要： | The purpose of this report is to document the new technologies and products evaluation processes and procedures, and to record the present new technologies and products data base items that are approved for use, not approved, or under review and being demonstrated in experimental projects. Within the New Jersey Department of Transportation, the New Technologies and Products section is responsible for identifying, reviewing, evaluating, and rapidly deploying new technologies, products, and innovations that add value, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of the transportation system. The program prepares specifications and standards, and approves proprietary products for use on construction, maintenance and other highway projects. |
