| 摘要： | The official testing of the Alternate Bus Routing (ABR) Project on Garden State Parkway (GSP) commenced on November 17, 1997, by an evaluation team from Rutgers University. Testing lasted for a period of four weeks up to December 12, 1997. This report is a description of the testing and evaluation process, data collection and analysis, and conclusions and recommendations by the evaluation team. The primary purpose of the evaluation is to determine the feasibility of the route guidance technology implemented by project. The official evaluation test was a collaborative effort among many of the agencies involved with the ABR project and the Rutgers University evaluation team. |
