| 摘要： | The 32-in (813-mm) concrete parapet has a flat vertical traffic face with a thickened section along the top. The flat vertical face serves to smoothly redirect vehicles without imparting upward force on the vehicle. It was designed and tested to performance level two of the 1989 Guide Specific for Bridge Railings. Acceptable performance was demonstrated. |
