摘要：	The staff of Logistics Management {LM) is honored to present the logistics and transportation community with the results of our "38th Annual Quest for Quality Survey." For nearly four decades, the Quest for Quality has been regarded as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and service performance excellence in the logistics and transportation industry.In fact, our Quest for Quality Awards stand out among all others in the industry because of the simple fact that the Quest for Quality is not a popularity contest or the result of the number of clicks on a ballot. Instead, this annual survey of LM readers is by invitation only, allowing those qualified shippers to vote in the type of services that they use on a regular basis and rank those carriers and providers that they work with every day.For 2021, Peerless Research Group (PRG), our internal research division, received more than 4,100 total responses that yielded 142 winners-providers of transportation and logistics services that have posted the highest scores across our lists of critical service criteria. The listings of this year's winners in all categories unfold starting on page 20."As supply chains began to slowly kick back into gear, there were massive network disruptions followed by sudden, unforeseen spikes in demand patterns across the trucking markets," says our long-time trucking correspondent John Schulz. "No logistics professional was able to simply stay the course over this period of time. Instead, we saw new levels of collaboration between shippers and their trucking partners to get the job done."Indeed, Schulz and our entire editorial staff here at LM believe that it's nothing less than remarkable to see this many service providers walking away with Quest for Quality gold in 2021.
