| 摘要： | This document contains the results of the subjective nightime evaluation of selected temporary pavement marking systems in the field by twelve evaluators. Subjective data of the perceived temporary pavement marking system adequacy was collected along the test sites SR218, SR550 SR278, SR93, SR657, and SR 28 in Ohio. The evaluators drove through the test sites that were equipped with selected temporary pavement marking systems and provided their input using a questionnaire that was completed at the end of each test site. The evaluators indicated that the current ODOT system lacks the capability of conveying any passing information by means of the temporary center line and the UNMARKED NO PASSING ZONES construction warning sign did not seem to provide sufficient passing information to the evaluators. |
