We have a map out of lockdown, our vaccine programme is the envy of (almost) the entire world, and the highways sector continues to innovate and do good business as it builds back better. Another Budget in early March kept the momentum going, breathing more life into the economy and making sure we stay on the path from resuscitation to full blown recovery. So it is fitting that the theme for this issue is rejuvenation and extending the life of our asphalt. |
