| 摘要： | Dr Howard Robinson, the former chief executive of the Road Surface Treatments Association (RSTA), has become the organisation's chairman. Dr Robinson, who is currently managing director of asphalt preservation provider ASI Solutions, was handed the reins by outgoing chair Tom Foster of Foster Contracting as the senior officers of the RSTA for 2021-22 were appointed at a virtual AGM in April. Keith Brett of Kiely Bros was appointed senior vice chair and Kevin Amos of Eurovia, junior vice chair. Dr Robinson said: 'During these challenging times collaboration and sharing best practice within the highway community is more important than ever and the RSTA is perfectly positioned to advise government, highway authorities and the supply chain as they strive to deliver best value for the public purse.' |
