| 摘要： | This document contains the lessons learned for the system integration of the Virginia State Police (VSP) Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system with the VDOT Richmond District Traffic Management System, OpenTMS. This project is commonly referred to as the VSP-CAD Implementation effort.
