摘要：	The purpose of this handbook is to explain EPAs public notification rule and provide specific examples of public notices. This handbook is geared to the specific needs of transient non-community water systems that must issue a notice when faced with a violation or situation affecting their water supply. Transient non-community water systems provide drinking water to a population that changes day to day. They include, among others, campgrounds, hotels, rest areas, and restaurants with their own water supplies.
