THIS WOULD BE DESIRABLE FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF THE LOW WEIGHT AND CORROSION RESISTANCE. THE IMPORTANCE OF CORBEL CONSTRUCTION IN GLASS FIBRE REINFORCED PLASTICS LIES IN THE LOW MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR COSTS AND THE INCREASE IN BOTH ACTIVE AND PASSIVE TRAFFIC SAFETY. THIS TYPE OF KERB CONSTRUCTION ALSO HAS ADVANTAGES IN THE WINTER - THE RESISTANCE OF THE MATERIAL PRACTICALLY COMPLETELY ELIMINATES DAMAGE CAUSED BY SNOW CLEARANCE EQUIPMENT. |
