ON THE BASIS OF THESE STUDIES GENERAL VALID PRINCIPLES ARE TO BE DERIVED WHICH FACILITATE THE DESIGN OF A STRUCTURAL ELEMENT UNDER COMBINED STRESS FOR THE WORKING SITUATION, AND THE DETERMINATION OF ITS DEFORMATION BEHAVIOUR.
