摘要: THE RESEARCH CONSISTS OF A COMPLETE THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE INSTANCE OF FIRE, ALLOWING INTERPRETATION OF THE TEMPERATURE AND EXHAUST FUMES MEASUREMENTS TO BE EXTENDED. THIS ANALYSIS INCLUDES QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF THE AMOUNTS OF CARBON MONOXIDE AND SMOKE GAS WHICH OCCUR DURING A FIRE AND THEIR DISTRIBUTION WITHIN THE TRAFFIC SPACE. AN ENERGY BALANCE WITHIN THE TUNNEL IS ALSO BEING DRAWN UP. THE OUTCOME OF THESE STUDIES IS A MORE ACCURATE DETERMINATION OF THE RESULTS OF PREVIOUS FIRES TESTS MADE IN A TUNNEL.
