| 摘要： | The Western Dredging Association (WEDA) held its annual Dredging Summit virtually June 15-17, during which the organization presented its Environmental Excellence Awards. WEDA named two award winners, one for navigational dredging and the other for environmental dredging. WEDA's Environmental Excellence Award for Navigation Dredging went to the project team for the West Bay Dredging & Restoration Project, located on the west bank of the Mississippi River in Plaquemines Parish. The project team included the New Orleans Engineer District, the Engineer Research & Development Center (ERDC) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Weeks Marine, Bean Dredging LLC, Mike Hooks, Great Lakes Dredge & Dock and Manson Construction Company. |
