| 摘要： | NCHRP Report 813 and the CKM both emphasize that implementation is or will be different in each DOT, that there is no “one size fits all” strategy. However, as in all disciplines, learning from each other and having a repository will be helpful to those just getting started and those further along the knowledge management (KM) journey, as well. In addition, this repository for KM implementation journey examples and “KM about KM” will strengthen the community of practice. These examples of KM use within state DOTs would be tangible tools agencies can use as examples. |
