摘要: | In recent years, the Department of the Army has responded to the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 (FASA) and the Federal Acquisition Reform Act of 1996 (FARA) by implementing several policies and procedures. The policies are designed to cope with the challenge to operate with an ever-shrinking Defense budget and yet provide our wartighters with the weapon systems they need to succeed.
