| 摘要： | The objectives of this study are to: Develop a multiresolution modeling methodology which will take in consideration both long-term planning aspects of the Complete Streets as well as operational strategies which may be implemented to address specific needs of its multimodal users. Investigate multi-criteria costs and benefits of deploying Complete Streets in a number of scenarios with various Complete Street "use-cases" and network topologies. |
