| 摘要： | This project is a statewide evaluation of satisfaction from a general population survey of Missouri adults. Results are reported to MHTC and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). Provide a statewide evaluation of satisfaction levels with MoDOT performance from a general population telephone survey of Missouri adults. The survey will be conducted every other year in May in years 2017, 2019, and 2021. MoDOT expects this review to result in reports summarizing the data received by using specified methodology. The results are reported in the July MoDOT Tracker. |
