| 摘要： | The focus of this MOU will be to support the development of a program to solicit research proposals which are innovative in nature. The primary goal of this MOU is to establish a partnering agreement to provide seed funding for innovative projects. Through this partnering agreement, the Iowa DOT will provide funding of $100,000 from the IHRB to serve as matching funds for grant DTRT13GUTC37. ISU through grant DTRT13GUTC37 will provide an additional $80,000 to create a total amount of $180,000 available to be used for Innovative Research Projects. The projects that are being sought will need to demonstrate that the objective of the project is truly innovative or addresses an important fundamental issue, and has the potential to bring about substantial benefits to transportation in Iowa. |
