| 摘要： | Performance requirements in design build projects requires close attention to how the condition develops over time for the components during the contract. Today there are contracts with between five and twenty years of duration, which means that, for example, pavement maintenance can be expected after or during the term of the contract. At low traffic intensity and less heavy traffic, it is uncertain whether there is significant measurable changes in the performance measures used for requirements. The project aims to highlight the problems and develop a methodology that can be used to analyze the performance requirement levels over time in design build projects. |
