| 摘要： | STM validation project is the next step in MONALISA in order to take Sea Traffic Management (STM) from the definition phase to the development and implementation phase. The aim of this project is to demonstrate and validate the goal concept for Sea Traffic Management which was developed in the MONALISA 2.0. The project is a combination study/pilot projects and includes extensive testing of various components in Sea Traffic Management, such as Port CDM, proactive route planning/route exchange and flow management. The planned test areas are the Baltic Sea and the Mediterranean and large number of partners is involved in the execution of these tests. Maritime Cloud/SWIM will be used as infrastructure for information exchange in the tests. Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the test results will be implemented. The project is transnational, and will include partners from most of EU coastal states as well as Norway. |
