摘要: Trafikverket (TV) has recently commissioned the IHOP project to investigate the possibility of replacing the static assignment package Emme by a commercial DTA package in its strategic transport forecasting model system (Almroth et al, 2014). A macroscopic (Visum DUE) and a microscopic (Transmodeler) assignment package were prototypically integrated with the demand model Regent and compared in a Stockholm case study. TV also has ambitions to upgrade its demand model suite. A lesson learned from IHOP is that integrating different model components comes with a lot of repetitive technical overhead. The proposed project minimizes this overhead. It develops a modeling and implementation framework for the flexible and consistent integration of different demand models and network simulation packages within TV's model suit. This will introduce greater flexibility and simplicity in the maintenance and further development of TV's model system. The project will build upon an existing open source framework for the integration of travel demand models and network simulation packages. This comprises a simple time choice model (neither provided by Regent nor Sampers) and comprehensive calibration facilities that are capable of estimating time-dependent origin/destination (OD) matrices (a priority functionality for TV).
