| 摘要： | This circular provides requirements regarding the applicability of tonnage measurement systems to U.S. flag vessels. It replaces NVIC 11-93, Change 2. Changes have been made to reflect that recent amendments to the International Convention for the Safety of Life (SOLAS) must be applied using convention measurement system tonnages, regardless of the vessel's keel laid or substantial alteration date. This includes tonnage-based requirements of the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention (ISM Code), and the International Code for Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS Code). |
