| 摘要： | The Security and Hazardous Materials (ASH) Mission is to provide quality services to ensure and promote aviation safety in support of national security and the national aerospace system. The ASH Vision is to be recognized as the global leader having maximum impact on enhancing national security and aviation safety. To succeed in our Mission, ASH believes in the following guiding principles. Mission, people, and their families come first. Loyalty is a two-way street. Simple is good. Integrity is nonnegotiable. Disagreement does not equal disrespect. Everyone will be treated with respect and dignity. We can learn from our mistakes. Flexibility is the hallmark of a high -performing organization. All employees are accountable. We can overcome all challenges. Communication is critical to success. We must define, measure, and analyze to achieve desired results. ASH has the primary responsibility for critical infrastructure protection, emergency operations, contingency planning, and the safe transportation of hazardous materials in air commerce. ASH has four major program areas and staff offices that assist in carrying out these functions which are vital to both its mission, and to the FAA's mission.
