| 摘要： | This manual describes the standard laboratory tire test and reporting procedure for independent testing laboratories in conformance with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 119, effective 1 March 1975. As amendments become effective, this procedure will be modified accordingly.
