| 摘要： | This document is a laboratory test procedure provided by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Office of Vehicle Safety Compliance (OVSC) for the purpose of presenting guidelines for a uniform testing data and information recording format, and providing suggestions for the use of specific equipment and procedures for contracted testing laboratories. The data correspond to specific requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard(s) (FMVSS). The OVSC test procedures include requirements that are general in scope to provide flexibility for contracted laboratories to perform compliance testing and are not intended to limit or restrain a contractor from developing or utilizing any testing techniques or equipment which will assist in procuring the required compliance test data.
