| 摘要： | Our overall audit objective was to determine whether the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle program office effectively procured armored vehicles in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation and DoD requirements. Specifically. we reviewed program administration to determine whether the program office took appropriate actions to accelerate vehicle delivery to users. An additional audit objective was to review the Services' requirements for MRAP and High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV). |
