| 摘要： | This CPOT Feasibility Study will accomplish the following: Identify the potential market for CPOT transported crude oil; determine the capacity of the existing infrastructure, specifically Constanza Terminal, Omisalj Terminal, and the Adria pipeline segments that will be needed to transport CPOT volumes; identify the additional pipeline and terminal facilities that will be needed; estimate the capital and operating costs for the facilities and perform financial analysis to determine the transportation tariffs necessary to provide a reasonable rate of return for lending institutions; and analyze the crude oil supply stream to ensure that sufficient volumes will be available to supply the projected markets. |
