| 摘要： | This report updates the estimates from the 2003 Early Assessment released in April 2004, which were based on a statistical procedure which used incomplete/partial data. It also compares fatality counts and injury estimates resulting from motor vehicle traffic crashes occurring in 2003 with counts and estimates from final 2002 files. Counts and estimates are based on Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) and NASS General Estimates System (GES) files, as indicated in the sources listed on page 3. The fatality counts will be updated based on final FARS files released next year. |
