| 摘要： | This report on the operations of the Port of Piraeus in Greece is one in a series of profiles of international ports. The profile provides detailed information about seaport infrastructure, major trading partners, imports and exports, intermodal movement of cargo, crime and corruption, and major shipping lines. In addition, the report addresses ownership and control of the port, privatization, and political and labor conditions. In case of conflicting information, more weight was given to information in the offering document from the port's partial privatization in 2003 than to standard sources such as Lloyd's Ports and Terminals Guide; the former was deemed more authoritative and up-to-date. |
