| 摘要： | Air transport is vital in Norway due to topography, long distances and sparse population. The petroleum industry and the coastal and northern parts of Norway are especially dependent upon air transport. Direct employment at airports and in-air transport activities amounts to 20,000 man-years annually. Regional employment multipliers are found to a range from 1.4-2.0.
