| 摘要： | Subsequent to the pipeline leak detection, in the second week of January 1987 a routine review of the Main Pass gathering-system oil-measurement records by SPLC revealsed a large imbalance for the month of December 1986. A detailed daily analysis was conducted, which showed that pipeline receipts (offshore input) began to exceed deliveries at Main Pass Block 69 on about December 27, 1986, and continujed to substantially exceed daily deliveries through December 30, 1986, at which time the leak was detected and the pipeline shut-in. |
