| 摘要： | This Maritime Operator Survey Concerning Mariner Availability was launched to determine whether the U.S. maritime industry has a recruitment and retention problem that the Maritime Administration should address with greater attention or resources. The results of this survey indicate that industry does have a problem with mariner availability.
