| 摘要： | Our audit objective was to evaluate the differences between FAA regulations and oversight for on-demand operators versus larger commercial air carriers. We conducted this audit between September 2007 and March 2009 in accordance with government auditing standards prescribed by the Comptroller General of the United States and included such tests as necessary to provide reasonable assurance of detecting abuse or illegal acts. |
