| 摘要： | This guidebook addresses recommendations regarding encroachment into the Gulf Coast Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW). Encroachment of hazards to navigation creates operational inefficiencies that impede commerce. The shippers who rely on the waterway for movement of goods are impacted greatly.
