| 摘要： | In April, a tractor/trailer entered an intersection near Richmond, Va. with its cargo cover (trap) up. As a result, it struck and knocked down the signal heads. Joe Robinson is in the bucket truck making the repairs. The Virginia DOT Bristol signal crew maintains most of the signals in the 12 southwest counties of Virginia.
