| 摘要： | Anew generation of fiber optic cables has been developed with two goals - smaller size and lower cost. Cost is always an issue, so that's understandable. Existing ducts in cities are already overcrowded, so smaller cables mean you can put more cable in one duct. Using some of the new fiber optic ducts like fabric innerduct and microducts can sometimes allow new cables to be pulled in old ducts instead of installing new ones. |
