| 摘要： | Legal experts have broadly welcomed a proposed new national policy statement governing nationally significant road and rail infrastructure but warned that it will not stem the flow of judicial reviews of approved schemes. The Department for Transport (DfT) has published a consultation draft of a revised national networks national policy statement (NNNPS) for national road, rail and rail freight schemes in England, which will run until 6 June. It said the existing NNNPS, which was designated in 2015, needs to be reviewed to ensure that it remains fit for purpose in supporting the Governments commitments for appropriate development of infrastructure for strategic road, rail and rail freight interchanges. |
