| 摘要： | The ORR holds National Highways to account on behalf of road users, communities, and taxpayers for the delivery of the requirements set out in the second Road Investment Strategy (RIS 2), its broader licence commitments and how it achieves its efficiency targets. We published our annual assessment of National Highways' performance for 2021-22 in July. Our annual assessment highlighted four key areas of performance - asset management, the environment, enhancements and safety. This article summarises what we found in the first three areas and goes into more detail about the critical area of road safety, including smart motorways. |
