| 摘要： | Mairi McAllan MSP has been appointed as the new Scottish transport secretary, in an updated role that returns the transport brief to cabinet level. First minister Humza Yousaf added transport to her portfolio of Net Zero and Just Transition. She is being supported by the appointment of experienced MSP Fiona Hyslop as transport minister. Ms Hyslop previously stepped down from the government after 14 years in 2021. The division of responsibilities between the minister and cabinet secretary 'will be developed over time and updated in due course,' the Scottish Government said. The green economy brief will move to MSP Richard Lochhead's responsibility, though he will report to Ms McAllan on the issue. Gillian Martin MSP has had her brief increased under an expanded minister for energy and the environment role. |
