The first part of this programme is the appointment of Mel Clarke, no stranger to this section of Highways, as the company's new director of health, safety and wellbeing. Ms Clarke has almost 20 years of operational experience in the roads sector and is currentiy director of customer service in our operations directorate. Her new role will be focused on the safe operation of the SRN, focusing on National Highways employees, the supply chain and road users. |
