| 摘要： | Why do you champion the career transition from the Armed Forces to becoming an Engineer Surveyor? My aim is to champion the recruitment of an independent engineer surveyor apprentice from Armed Forces service leavers. I'm talking to The Safety Assessment Federation (SAFed) about my company, Independent Safety Evaluation Ltd (ISE), being the first independent examination company to recruit and enrol an engineer on the new SAFed Level 4 apprenticeship scheme. We are only looking for a service leaver; someone with no experience and in our sector is fine, but the successful applicant must have three years prior recognised engineering experience and hold a Level 3 qualification (NVQ3 / ONC). A background in disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, fluid or pressure plant engineering would be ideal. |
