| 摘要： | The Carbon Trust's Offshore Wind Accelerator (OWA), a collaboration between nine offshore wind developers, has announced key projects to target progress in logistics and operations and maintenance, cables, electrical systems, foundations, yield and performance. In May, the government released its Energy Security Strategy, which aims to boost low carbon energy generation from 60% of electricity production to 95% by 2030. Varied in their scope, the projects will seek to optimise and scale renewable energy from wind. One project will investigate the impact of climate change on global wind patterns to give windfarm owners a better understanding of the future impacts on local wind resource. |
