摘要：	SOE member and IRTE Northern Centre Student and Education Officer Scott Howard has raised membership rates in the region by promoting the benefits of professional sector IRTE. Scott recently visited WR Tuson College in Preston and Lancaster Training Services Limited speaking to first, second and third year apprentice technicians about how membership can take their careers to the next level. Scott gave an insight into the levels and grades of membership, professional CPD, Engineering Council registration and the technical publications available to members. In addition to in-person presentations, Scott also promoted the IRTE on virtual platform Microsoft Teams, with 24 DVSA trainees joining from around the country.
