| 摘要： | The Dutch National Aviation Administration asked RAND Europe to consider the managerial (bestuurlijke) and societal (maatschappelijke) feasibility of a new model to calculate the external risk from aviation accidents around airports. RAND Europe's investigation shows that there are no insurmountable barriers from the managerial and societal perspectives to designing, constructing, and using for policy purposes a causal model of third party risk around airports. |
